House rules

1. Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early/late times can often be arranged — just ask.
2. Registered guests only. Day visitors are welcome with prior notice; overnight guests must be on the booking.
3. No parties or events without written approval. The estate is a quiet residential community.
4. Quiet hours 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM outdoors, per community rules.
5. No smoking indoors. Outdoor areas are yours.
6. Pets are welcome with prior approval (max 2, house-trained).
7. Government-issued photo ID is required for all adult guests at check-in.
8. A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 covers incidental damage and is returned within 48 hours of check-out.

Breakage happens — tell us and we'll usually wave it off. Concealing damage is the only thing we take seriously.
